Inside Sales Representative
Position Title: Inside Sales
Representative
Division: Cambium Learning Technologies
Location: Bedford, MA
Responsibilities
-
Aggressively pursue new and expansion sales opportunities through outgoing
phone, web (WebEx), and e-mail based assignments. Provide lead generation and
sales generation efforts with Top Accounts as identified by Management.

Use sales techniques to generate leads, opportunities and close business. Use
client quote system to generate customer price proposal. Use Client Relations
Management and Data systems. Identify and refer escalated customer issues.

Consistently achieve predetermined territory goals in support of and
collaboration with the Territory Field Sales Executive. Assist with Territory
event marketing and client lead and opportunity follow-up.

Demonstrates a working knowledge of the full line of products and ability to
conduct web-based client demonstrations.

Accurately reports the status of all active opportunities.

Exceptional communication and time management skills.

Demonstrate professionalism and work in a team environment.
Qualification Requirements:
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2+ Sales experience or phone
based sales experience preferred.

Demonstrate general technology savvy and have Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of data entry systems, internet and excellent
keyboarding skills.

Manage multiple tasks and effectively work in a team environment.

Eager individuals with experience working on the phone or a strong desire to
begin a sales career.

Recent graduates and individuals early in their career are encouraged to apply.
